Garage floor super low
Some advice - I have a house that was built in 1920. The garage is detached and not usable as a car garage anymore.
The issue: the concrete floor sits about 4-5 inches below the surrounding cement and yard. We can add steps or a slanted walkway into it for a smoother entry but I’m worried about water getting in. Any suggestions? Trying not to break the bank here either.
