Hello World!

(I'm going to use the once-per-year intro referenced in the sticky post now.)

HELLO WORLD!

I am Bellyhemoth.

One way of looking at that name is that it's a portmanteau of Belly + Behemoth.

Another way of looking at it is that I needed something so stupid nobody else would have it. 🤣

Two things can be true at the same time.

Anyway, since I can be as self-absorbed as I want in this post in particular sorry not sorry, here is a link to my personal body philosophy called Body Spirituality.

Yeah it's BS. However, BS quite effectively creates growth. So there you go. Or maybe you don't want to grow. Maybe you want to shrink. Or maybe you want to stay the same and get stronger. Who knows?

I didn't like any of the other body philosophies, so I made one that actually makes sense at least to me.

The TL;DR:

Self-Awareness > Figure out Body Goal > Pursue Goal (see options - may hover between them) > Gain Self-Determination

Option 1: Eat Big and Lift Bigger! (Just eat mostly clean).

Option 2: Eat Medium and Lift Bigger! (Just eat mostly clean).

Option 3: Eat Small and Lift Bigger! (Just eat mostly clean).

Furry Confirmed

Yep I'm on vacation at Furry Weekend Atlanta with hubby. Yep I'm a furry hence the PFPs I've pretty much always been using.

I don't have a suit yet because they're fucking expensive. Don't worry that's only a matter of time.

But at least you've been introduced to one of my forms called Belly He Comply with Hotel Dress Code.

Also a local chiropractor gave me a free crop top. HELL YEAH! ❤️‍🔥 For some reason they thought it was a "large" shirt. Weird.

Oh and if you're doing the Saturday weight tracking, this will have to serve as the reminder because I rolled a 1 on planning ahead. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow. Or will it still be Saturday somewhere? Who knows?
