Everyone shame the vet biter

Took Huichol to the vet for a checkup because she’s been eating a little less than usual. Asked for a blood test and a crop swab. Other than that nothing concerning really happening! But she always and I mean always chews on the vet and the nurses! Always feisty coming out of anesthesia and even drew blood once 👀 looollll. I went for some lunch after and she got offered a bit of pear, big day for her.

Super sudden dieback?👀

Just when growth was starting to get good this bad boy just began dropping all its old traps and the new ones are clearly smaller 🥲 I see no visible pests, I’ve been controlling the fungus gnat population too. My only thought is it might want a repot? Can’t be lack of light either, since it’s been growing fine under my growth light for about two years. Pic 1 is today (Wednesday 14th) and pic 2 is Saturday 9th. Any other ideas appreciated

Drosera when the activity requires 0 flowering

Got a small Drosera capensis a little over a month ago to help with a small fungus gnat issue I had within my tiny plant arrangement, it’s been growing great! Maybe a little..too great…

Jokes aside, Capensis is my favorite sundew, and im so happy to have one :) quite rare where I live to find anything besides the wild type Dionea.
