Advertising agency people - what do your desks/work setups actually look like?

Are your best works conceived at your desk? Or meeting rooms? Are you constantly floating around the office, hopping from desks and meeting rooms? Does your setup affect your thinking/work at all?

My office tends to make me move around a lot. If a new hire comes in, I’ll suddenly be working from some other room. Sometimes my boss makes me sit in a small meeting room with three other colleagues, sometimes I’m stuck in a tiny studio corner. Just makes me frustrated and unproductive, not having a place of my peace. (Edit: wording)
