Getting enough protein after weight loss

I'm coming off of a 100 lb weight loss that I've maintained for 5 months so far, after 16 years of yo-yo dieting. I successfully lost a lot of fat but I'm wanting to put on some muscle. I know protein is vital to this but I'm having a hard time working enough of it into my diet without feeling like I'm overeating. Of course I'm scared of the yo-yo.

Anyone have any tips for helping me get over my fear of eating protein rich foods or tips for getting the most protein with out too many calories? Or any other suggestions for things to do or ways to re-think my way of eating? I am putting it in the work at the gym, going 3 or 4 times a week.
