Got offered 1250 CAD a month to rent the room, it’s not from a property group like sky or harrington, but an individual landlord who owns a room in the building. 3 bedroom apartment, shared bathroom and kitchen. No in unit laundry: 3.25 wash, 2.2 dryer. Is this fair?

Hi, I'm a student looking to rent and was offered this place really close to college & spadina. They're currently offering $2,450 CAD/Month for sep 1 move in. Prefurnished (1st Room Queen Bed, 2nd Room Double), utilities/wifi included, coin laundry (2.5 for washer, 2 for dryer, the laundry machines are big though). Unfortunately the entrance is through an alley, not a front door. Its an isolated first floor unit, with the 2nd floor occuupied with a separate entrance. I'm wondering if this is a fair price. Has anyone rented from them, I’m a student so I’m looking into prefurnished rooms for academic year either solo, one room in 2bd, 3bd. They came up after I was about to go for Harrington housing and all the Reddit reviews were saying that they were untrustworthy. Thank you in advance. Otherwise any good furnished rentals I could rent month by month from sep 1st to April 30 let me know, Facebook marketplace has been a hassle to go through recently so many scammers and since I can’t even go in person cause I’m international it’s a pain. Budget up until 1250 cad a month within 20-25 min of UofT St. George campus.

I'm a first-year math and econ student trying to break into finance. I'm an international student from the States, and fortunately, I was able to get a good internship this summer working at a well-paying AI company back in SF. I'm wondering how work terms function. Do I need to go through ASIP, or can I just get an internship in the States, take a semester off, and turn back. This is more geared for third year fall term/winter term cause most of my second year classes are year long.
