I’ve bought a ticket from a discount shop in Osaka from Shin Osaka to Tokyo, but I just realize that this ticket is only available from July 26 (and the following 4 days). I have to take the train tomorrow early morning on July 3rd. I looked everywhere online to try to find information but didn’t found anything. Do you know if I can get that ticket refund or exchange at the JR counter or is there some reselling website I can use? I can I don’t have time to go back to the discount ticket shop tomorrow. Please let me know. Thank you!
