I have raised white scars on my arms. So far, I have gotten a cortisone injection to flatten a few of the raised ones. I also got one micro needling session done, and it hasn't made much of a difference.

I'm debating continuing microneedling or switching to a laser treatment, like fraxel. I'm just not sure which would be more effective.

Any advice is appreciated.
