What is the maximum number of points possible on a 9×9 board?

I’m just curious: does anyone know the highest possible score on a 9×9 board? I’m not referring to a normal competitive game, but rather a scenario where both players cooperate to maximize the total number of points one player can get.

Does a stone there as white give you an extra point in this seki situation?

So yeah, I was just curious since I heard that if there's a seki all the territory is neutral

So I imagine that if I capture a stone I get a point
