Muscat, Oman , is gaining huge popularity from foreign investors, there are many opportunities especially in real estate. However, one issue many investors face is that they mist partner with local omani as per regulations.
I am omani, versed in many areas, including real estate, Ai, engineering, tech, gardening, health and fitness etc.

Just to clarify I am not looking for get rich quick schemes, I am already past that, I have some free time beside my day job as engineer. I understand some side hustle cost money before actually making anything and I have about 500$ / month to spend if needed.
With that being said, what’s actually worth doing anymore more? I can be incredibly disciplined. I have tried many things in the past including:
* amazon - ebay dropshipping
* china sourcing items and selling them locally
* shopify dropshipping with fb / insta marketing etc
* trading for years including fx, crypto, etc
I am tech savvy and very good with AI tools, coding, web creation, dashboard creation etc
Sometimes I feel because of all the things I know how to do I am unable to zoom into a single thing, but that’s mostly due to lack of results…
Now can someone please share ideas? My aim is to target 500$-3000$ per month, ofcourse more is always welcomed.
Also I dont mind any sort of partnership.
