MoJ - hard to get into?
I currently work in the CS as an SEOQ. I'm looking to sidestep to MoJ or another dept just to be closer to home due to a change in circumstances. I've applied for several SEO jobs in MoJ but never got through the sift stage. I know I do meet the criteria for the roles. I'm putting in several hours per application for jobs I know I could do as they're a sidestep, and I know I meet the criteria for, but I keep getting rejections.
It seems extremely competitive and I'm at the point where I'm really frustrated with the repeated outcomes with no feedback.
Is there anything specific that MoJ looks for? Is there something I should be saying which I'm not doing? Any and all advice greatly appreciated.
