I keep hearing someone abusing a dog
I'm a smoker so I sit outside a lot, I keep hearing this guy beating the ever living sht out of a dog. I can't tell exactly where it is, the sounds echo and I can't tell. I tried to have animal control help but they couldn't figure it out either. This has been months and it's so disturbing, I would go fight them myself but I'm not young anymore and I don't think I can risk it. The sound makes me feel sick. Its not just a whiney dog, its massive bangs, yelling, crying, and its sick. I just called animal control again but they're so overwhelmed that they don't care much, they basically pick up animals to put them down. This bothers me, a lot. I think it's this fukin guy who lives behind me, one day, he took all the trash out of the dumpster and threw it in front of my gate. Why? Idk? But that's the type of bullshit this dude is on. One time I yelled at him through the fence that ill record him and post it online lol he stopped for a while after that, but honestly, I work overnights, I'm tired and I'm sick of people's shit. Also I'm a 4"11 female, I'll probably lose against this maniac. I also cannot take another animal, I have 5, and I think one was his cat who escaped him and came to my yard instead. What can I do? What would you do?
