Do I need to roll fenders?

Looking at buy APEX EC-7 at 18x10 +40 w/ 275/35/18 ECS02. Would this spec require me to roll fenders if I'm lowered?

I'm currently stock but want to lower in the future. But I want to avoid rolling my fenders.

Need Advice between two wheel sizes

Sorta pt.2 to my APEX wheel post. I'm trying to decide between EC-7 and VS-5 for mine. I'd really prefer to not roll my fenders so that's where I'm indecisive on. VS-5 are conservative and in my research I keep seeing 18x10 being too aggressive. There was post here 6 years ago(first pic) mentioning they don't rub at 18x10 but that OP did not mention if they're rolled. The post is locked now so I figured I try reviving it.

I'm stock height now, but will be getting FA 500 coils in the future to get rid of fender gap in the front so it'd be lowered at most 1.5".

"Supposedly too aggressive"
EC-7 specs: 18x10 +40 with 275/35/18 square

"Conservative, no mod to fit. Verified by Matt from APEX Wheels"
VS-5 specs: 18x9.5 +40 with 265/35/18 square

Fortune Auto 500 Coilovers Experience?

I haven't really seen current articles about F owners running FA coilovers aside from a thread on ClubLexus in 2016 saying it's not great. That article was before FA offered IS-F applications.

It had me looking into others like KW V3 and Ohlins, but those seem overkill for a DD. Originally I was interested in FA due to longer maintenance intervals and rebuild factory in VA.
