Any recommendations to get my levels up fast?

Hi,

So I’ve been severely anemic for a good portion of my life. I did have a transfusion back in 2021 that really helped, but my blood results just came back and it doesn’t look good.

I’m going to be working at the Minnesota state fair, and it’s coming up soon. It’s really tough work, standing outside for almost 12 hours for 12 days. I’m asking if there are any vitamin or supplement recommendations that can help bring my levels up, or at least keep me from collapsing at work. I’ll attach my test results. I know there isn’t going to be a magic pill that makes me normal right away, but I’d rather start helping my body recover.

I apologize if I don’t make any sense. I haven’t been sleeping properly.

Hi,

I am trying to break into the industry but I know asking how on Internet forums isn’t going to help. I’m a 25 year old woman trying to network, feel free to pm me.
