Is this combo too aggressive 1 month after a hair transplant?

My current routine:
- topical finasteride gel twice a day
- oral minoxidil 5 mg once a day
- Nizoral shampoo twice a week for dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis
- Effluvium NHCO natural supplement tablets

I’m wondering if this might be too aggressive for the scalp only one month after a hair transplant, especially regarding irritation, dryness, inflammation, or possible impact on the grafts/results.

Has anyone used a similar routine this early after a transplant?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently 16 days post-op after a hair transplant. All my scabs have just fallen off around day 16.

I’ve also started experiencing shedding — I noticed a lot of small hairs coming out while washing my scalp, especially in the sink.

I’m a bit worried and wanted to ask if this density is normal at this stage ?

For context, I had 2,384 grafts in total:

•	\~2,074 in the frontal area

•	\~ and the rest of graft in the crown , temporal and middle scalp

Has anyone experienced something similar around this timeline? Is this density and shedding pattern expected?
