I currently slowly enjoy main story and I look in the events page every week to see deadline of each events.
Yesterday, I see this event will end in next week so I don't need to rust into the event and continuing enjoy the main story and then Today I'am ready to play event and all event stages of it is already ended. Most event currency is getting from these event stages. It mean I can't get enough currency to buy reward anymore. After this i send a issue ticket and they just response with "We understand your frustration but event is ended as scheduled". There's no accountability for the bad UX/UI design from this developer.
I just want them to fixing this missleading end date and reopen events stage for this event. What do they lost to fix this issue? I don't understand.
