My parents have stolen all my identity documentation

I am 20F. 21 in July. Location: not applicable

I currently have resided in Canada for the past 2 ish years for university. But my parents are saying that they don't want to let me return for arbitrary reasons and have stolen my HKID, Passport, and Canadian Study Permit without my knowledge or consent and shipped it off to India. I can't even go and get it back myself because I don't have a passport to go to India and collect it.

My boyfriend has seriously been talking to me about getting married for the past 6 months to help me escape my batshit family and also help me eventually be able to stay in Canada with PR, but I'm not sure how to leave to Canada right now. Is there anything I can do? I have proof they've stolen it from me shown through a sequence of many texts, and I'm sure my little sister can testify if needed.

What's the best way for me to be able to return to Canada as soon as quickly? I think I'm going insane in this house. I really can't survive, my mental health is declining at rapid rates and I've been hospitalised in a psychiatric ward for the past 4 months. I just got discharged recently.
