First Kombucha
Does this look right to you?
I’ve been tasked by my chef to make a strawberry kombucha for a dessert.
I have never made kombucha, I have very little idea what I’m doing
I added sugar to black tea, let it cool to room temp, added the scoby and now I’m letting it sit.
