Hi all, I'm newly married and just filed my California taxes and my entire CA refund was intercepted for my new husbands back child support. He had no income reported, it was all earned by me and the debt is from years ago. I did not have a prenuptial agreement. Is there any way for me to prevent CA from taking these funds for 2025? Moving forward I am reducing my withholding significantly, I'm just looking to address 2025. Thanks in advance.
