What on earth do 2 dots on mobile do?

Ok, so I was recently going over the mobile haven description and I stumbled with the description for mobile. It reads:

"• or •• Mobile: Your haven is on wheels, wings, or the wide open sea. A one-dot mobile haven may be a car, van, or truck with a sunproof trunk or other compartment for daysleep, or pull a small trailer to carry gear. A two-dot Mobile Haven could be an RV, motor coach, or bus. A massive, three-dot mobile haven could be an entire train, jet, or large ship. Coterie dots can be used for this Merit." - Vampire: The Masquerade Live from the Succubus Club, page 25

The Merit is clear on what it does: making the haven a mobile Haven. However, depending on the way you read it:

A) "The text only refers to what a mobile haven of each score would look like: The description does not mention what "mobile" actually does, only how it modifies the Haven merit itself. So upgrading mobile 1 to 2 is just wasting 6 XP or a dot at creation.

B) "Mobile itself determines the size of the vehicle": The description ONLY describes what "Mobile" does and devalues the base haven dots as they don't alter haven size anymore (or refers to partial "havinification" of a big vehicle such a train or a cruise?). This interpretation also assumes an errata since the max amount of dots would be 3.

C) "The Mobile description refers to an independent haven type". This is the most generous assumption for a player, as it not only includes that there is an Errata on the max dots (as introduced in B), but it also assumes that mobile replaces Haven for the sake of itself and that the limit for it should be 3.

D) 1 or 2 dots might alter the way in which your vehicle moves, but somehow the editors at Renegade studios forgot to add it: A plane would have 2 dots compared to a 1 dot for a car depending on the story. (I have edited this answer because I did not mention it in the first draft).

I came to this calamity of a question when I was thinking what different havens would look like, so please tell me how you envision the dots in mobile and Haven for:

A) A cruise
B) A train
C) A singular wagon that could connect to a train (On the rails flaw)
D) A car (say, a taxi for a mobile Trapdoor vampire... lol)

Thanks for reading this abomination of a post. I understand sometimes RPGs have mechanical descriptions that appeal to the narrative, but I found this vague in the best of scenarios. As it stands, this merit feels more ST dependent on interpretation than a Loresheet.
