My roommate constantly slams doors instead of just closing them normally, and blasts music through the apartment during the day and late at night. I’ve tried bringing it up politely multiple times.

When I asked her to stop slamming doors, she told me I was “too sensitive.” Then a week ago around 12 AM I asked if she could turn the music down because it was insanely loud in my room, and she literally responded with: “It’s a Sunday.”

Am I unreasonable for expecting basic consideration in a shared apartment? I’m not asking for silence,  just not constant door slamming and loud music at midnight.

Also, she calls people over with the volume blasting that loud and they have to yell to talk to each other so that's even more noise.
