I have an adult female toller who is a good dog who I love with all my heart. I trained a lot but on walks she still does not pay much attention to me… she did not like neighbourhood walks very much so I delayed the training a bit… the issue is that the sniffing is insain. I have the feeling she knows where I am and what our routine is and we have our pace she sniff more or less at the same pace but need to call often and give very small corrections… If I go in a wood off leash where there is no bike… she will come pronto when called. She even came back immediately when I interrupted her chase of a dear. Yesterday went to a place I had not visited since last summer and it was like the Tasmania devil at the end of the leash… rain and mud for over a week may not help our mood though
