I have lost 65lbs since June last year, all without exercise. I truly struggle with this. Unfortunately, I have multiple autoimmune diseases that cause debilitating fatigue. I retired early from work due to fatigue and daily pain. I know I need exercise to preserve muscle as it's pretty obvious with all the loose, baggy skin on my body. Are there any exercises that would work without sending me to bed for a day? I'm thinking water aerobics if the pool is heated - I have Raynauds so regular pool water is a no go.
