Traveling on Friday

Hey everyone. I recently got my results back: 14% PVC burden. On the bright side, my Echo and Stress tests were all clear, and my cardiologist says my heart is structurally strong.

I have a trip to Italy planned for this Friday, but I’m struggling with a lot of anxiety. I’m hitting some roadblocks with travel insurance because of 'pending investigations' (just routine blood work and a 3-month follow-up Holter), and the thought of being away from home without that safety net is terrifying.

This trip was supposed to be my reward for getting through the testing phase, but now I'm just stressed. Has anyone else traveled with a similar burden? How do you manage the 'what ifs' while abroad, especially when dealing with insurance headaches?

Reading this sub has been a lifesaver the last few weeks—thank you all for being such a great resource.
