Had anyone not had any luck getting DBQs in a timely manner? I filed one FOIA request on 29 May and it is still in step 2 so I filed another one on June 24th and still no movement from step 2. I have seen alot get them back in a week or two. This is for ONE c&p exam and nothing else.
How long after your claim was assigned to an RO did you start to see movement? My claim was assigned to Little Rock RO on 16 June and it is just waiting for a rater to pick it up. My submission date was 15 May and been showing in step 3 since 21 May.
For anyone who has applied for and been approved for TDIU what was your timeline like?
I applied on 15 May, the employer forms were sent out 21 May, and I was sent emails about my scheduled C&P exams on the 22nd. I already had one on Friday the 29th and my second one is 16 June.
How long after your C&P exams were completed before you got a decision letter? I know they have to give the employers the required 30 days to respond so that holds things up. One of my previous employers they sent a form to no longer exists and I am hoping the other two respond quickly.
Anyways, thanks for any insight on how long I may be waiting around for a decision!
