Hey all I've been working out for over a yr now. First is me last yr vs the other day any advice and tips for growing more because I still feel flat is helpful!
Hi ive been working out for 19 months and noticed my upper glutes are lacking. I'm doing hip abduction leaning forward,b stance rdls and cable stepups to target my upper glute area. Does anyone have any tips or advice??
I follow a 2day split for glutes.
Heavy glute day
Hipthrusts,rdls,cable stepups and cable abduction pr hip abduction machine leaning forward.
Lighter glute day
Bstance thrusts,b stance rdls,lateral stepups then a form of hip abduction again.
