Hoping for some admin help here. I’m now in the SELRES after 4.5 years AD and a 2 year break in the IRR. Today, 5 years after the fact, I receive a Personal Data Record in a folder from my nonrate tour. I am unable to open it as I’m not local, but my better half sent me a pic of the folder. Any idea why am I just now getting a PDR from my first unit?
