Opinions needed please! My TS is saying Liu factory is better quality than Jipin for flamenco purse (med) and clutch (mini). The pricing is 3 to 5 dollars difference from one another. Can anyone with recent experience help? Which factory is top quality or are they about the same now? Looking for these two bags.
