Which adapter do you use and is there any latency?

I am considering buying the rumored OLED macbook pro that is supposedly going to have a thinner design, but I have read that its better to wait until the second generation irons out any potential issues the first gen has such as QC issues or something else.

So, I thought why not ask reddit if the previous redesign with the M1 14"/16" Macbooks had any major issues that the following generations fixed. I did not have that model but I'm sure some of you did.

Google search didn't give me many changes between the M1 14"/16" to the M2 14"/16", besides the HDMI, bluetooth, and wifi standard upgrades, and the increases in chip speed of course.
