I am kind of confused about what sort of entry-level roles work in this field

I want to know where people usually start and with what qualifications as a graduate. Any advice?

I have projects and internships in AI and biosignal processing, and I am looking into quality assurance, quality control, regulatory affairs, and healthcare data science.

Does anyone know what roles could realistically be targeted at entry level? I'm kind of overwhelmed seeing the years of experience or niche technical skills required for almost every role I look at.
