HELP ! How to take this double floor off ?

Hi community ! We just bought a 1999 ford coachmen pathfinder E-450.

We are currently renovating it for insulating it. We took everything appart, from the walls to the floor.

Talking about floor ! Why do we started by taking off the vinyl and there a glue floor and then another floor . THE IS LIKE 4 FLOOR WTF !

It feels like the joke when they put something in a box, then a another box, then another box....🤣

Anyways ! We would like to know if there is THE technique for taking it off faster.

Inspection of heavy vehicule turned RV but not technically RV ?

We just bought our Hino 195 20 feet ! We are Canadians "Qc" we wanted to know if any of you know about inspection after the conversion ? -Technically according to SAAQ we are not a motorhome.

-How does it works ?

-Do we need to respect some criteria ?

We don't seem to found the answer anywhere help ?
