25 agents, 50 MCP servers, 1 app: what stack would you pick?
Building a production agent platform on AWS:
- 1 web app
- ~20 agents (one master that orchestrates, plus specialists that can also be called directly)
- ~50 tools as MCP servers
Must have: prompt caching that actually works, and Claude.ai-level intelligence (reasoning, memory, skills, long context), with nothing lost to a framework or gateway in between.
Considering Bedrock AgentCore, Claude Agent SDK vs Strands vs LangGraph, A2A between agents, LiteLLM as the LLM gateway, and Langfuse for tracing.
- Which agent framework keeps full Claude features and prompt caching?
- Do you call agents over A2A, or just give them to the master as tools?
- How do you host and manage 50 MCP servers?
- One monorepo for everything, or one repo per agent or MCP server?
What would you do if starting today?
