Armpit bacteria????

Okay, so I heard that armpits have this bacteria that makes them smell, and it's not the sweat itself that makes a cloth smell. So what do i do to prevent the bacteria from forming? I take showers 4/7 times a week (it's better than once a week that I was doing, as i have depression)

Slowly though I'm finally starting to brush my teeth more often and take a short shower where I clean my body twice, with a regular flat loofah (not those circle fluffy ones) and another with a loofah plant (it does slight exfoliation and keep my body away from dirt and excessive dead skins, also helps me deal with allergies. Using it almost regularly reduces my allergy inflammations).

This is mainly just for my body itself. I do have a sugar scrub but I rarely use it and it doesn't go with my skin that well (most things that are heavily extracted, or aren't 'natural' tend to not go with my skin.)

Even after all of this, being outdoors for a couple of hours in a cool AC room makes me armpit smells. Are my hormones messed up or anything? Should I change my soap?

Long story short, teacher gave us 2 days but I got presentations and other exams so at the end I have 5 hours to do research and write report.

I don't wanna use ai, so don't even mention it. How did ppl before ai do research and not lose their mind?

Again any resources are helpful BUT AI DONT MENTION AI. Thank you

I unfortunately had to use Ai again....after not using it for so long. Literally, whenever I use ai, I genuinely feel like Allah is trying to keep me away from it by glitching the websites and taking forever for something to work or making my files so brrrrrr

Neways, my stupid (inserts all the swear words known to mankind) gave AI WEBSITES INSTEAD OF ACUTAL RESOURCES AND IT PISSES ME OFF TOO CUZ WDYM I ONLY GOT 2 DAYS FOR RESEARCH WHEN I HAVE EXAMS AND PRESENTATION DUE THE NEXT DAY

For context, I'm lowkey forced to take CS for bachelors (3 years) despite being in love with medicines my whole life. I don't do tech, I don't understand tech, I hate tech. The terms are so hard to understand, and I need to go through multiple things just for one question. Also, I have a few days for research for multiple things, and I'm so lost that I'm forced to use AI

Neways again, how do I not use ai also f him. I really hate using Ai. It ruins my reports and makes my writing look so bad cuz idk anything about how to do proper research
