So yesterday I got hit by a car while driving my motorcycle, both the police and the other driver have reported that he was the cause for the accident.

My bike is pretty totaled and I got some scratches and whiplash but nothing major.

Now to my question, the insurance will of course reimburse me for my damaged property and my hospital fees, but can I sue the other (porsche) driver to get some additional money from him?

Ps: Just asking in general if there is a chance I have grounds to sue him and if its worth it.
