Has anyone raised multiple emergency/expedite requests for H1B stamping at Hyderabad consulate?

I am planning to submit an emergency request to move my appointment to a different month. My questions are:

1. Is there a limit on how many emergency/expedite requests you can submit?
2. If my emergency request gets denied, can I resubmit another emergency request?
3. If emergency request gets approved but no suitable slot opens within the approval window — can I resubmit again after it expires?
4. Does submitting an emergency request in any way affect or use up my ONE allowed reschedule attempt?
