PCOS, Pregnancy, High BMI, Miscarriage
Hello, I guess I’m looking for some type of assurance. I have PCOS, have a high BMI & I’m 26 & I took clomid & letrozole last year (the same time) for 5 weeks & that’s how I got pregnant! But i didn’t know i was pregnant until i was 7 weeks because I had stopped going to the doctor since I kept getting told no follicles were growing. Unfortunately i had to get a D&C at 18 weeks since my baby passed away due to fetal anomalies. This happened 9/23/25. I’m TTC again started 4/21/26 only on clomid & right now 5/11/26 i had 4 follicles! At first it was exciting..but then my estrogen didn’t rise. It just kept dropping. My dr said ok we’re going to induce your period (btw i have no had one since before i got pregnant) & try again using letrozole & clomid. Has anybody has this experience before or something similar? I really want to have a baby. I have faith & believe in God & i know what’s meant to be will be but I would love to hear what has worked for you to see if maybe I can ask if we can try something else in case this doesn’t work.
