Thinking about buying a Pixel Watch 3. Is there any way to get immediate notifications when your heart rate rises above a certain customizable threshold?

I know about the standard feature that alerts you when the heart rate has been elevated for more than 10 minutes while resting, but I'm looking for something that makes the watch vibrate immediately if the heart rate goes above a customizable limit. Maybe with a third party app like Welltory?
