Hey guys, just harvested some chives and it's been awhile since I've cooked in a professional kitchen. I definitely feel rusty with the cutting techniques but I'm sure with time I can get it back. Anyone here on the same boat? Anyways, just wondering what you guys think of my cuts (I know my old head chef would be yelling lol).
