Seasonal/Weather TMJ
Ive had bad TMJ for 2 years now, ive always grinded my teeth at night but only recently started having bad jaw pain throughout the day.
it was pretty bad last summer to the point where I went to multiple TMJ specialists and did physio for it. it was bad throughout the day, and especially after workouts. eventually, come fall 2025 ish i noticed that i wasnt complaining about jaw pain at all. working out the same and wouldnt have any pain, essentially over the winter time I forgot about my TMJ completely. Almost never had flare ups.
Now fast forward to spring 2026 ive noticed that my jaw pain and TMJ is rearing its ugly head, just had a workout and my jaw is killing me. I also was having this thing with my eyes and sinuses last year with pretty bad sinus pressure and changes in vision. these things are also returning. pretty much came to the conclusion that my TMJ was causing changes in vision and sinus pressure, or vise versa who knows.
TLDR; anyways, my question is, does anyone else have TMJ/sinus issues that correlate with warmer weather? possibly allergies?
