I have friends living in Sagaing in a no-internet area, and they're having trouble getting reliable info about junta troop movements for evacuation purposes. Can anyone recommend some Telegram or other channels that share updates about this stuff so I can update my friends? I can't read Burmese well enough to search myself, but it's fine if the channel is in Burmese. If you need to know which township, DM me.
