Hello everyone, I'm currently staying in Nafplio for 5 days and was wondering if Ancient Messini is worth the 4 hour round trip? Also, how is the drive out that way?

Hello everyone, me and my wife are in Greece currently and are going to be driving from Thessaloniki to Nafplio shortly. I see there are 2 routes, one that goes down e75 towards Athens and one that goes e90 towards Ioannina then south to Nafplio. Which would be the best way to go if we are looking for nice sightseeing and a safe/ easier drive?
