Hii!!

I wanna be in the fandom and participate, but I can't draw very well lol. I primarily write though! But I was told by a couple people on another site that Martin isn't okay with fanfiction being written? I can't find anything online about it though, so I figured I'd ask about this here lol

I do have a few ideas already for headcanons and full oneshots, but I don't wanna post anything if Martin isn't okay with that yk

I actually have a couple questions lol, I did do a few searches on here for answers but eughhh

first question is the title: my kid stops daycare in a few weeks and will be out for the summer. they're old enough for me to *theoretically* play for an hour or two when they're awake, but I know my kid and I know they won't let me lol. As it is, I could drop maybe 30 minutes during the day and then an hour or two at night. Is that okay for the gameplay? I know some games are better with longer play sessions, is this one of them? I will get the game regardless, just a matter of now vs buying it in a few months when school starts.

second question: I've read that theres qol mods, what are the best ones? I don't mind playing a modded game, hell... I mod my cozy farm sims to hell and back to make them palatable lol, so it's okay! I have *ultra* limited experience with rougelites haha
