wish-granting genie through penis-rubbing

Whenever you rub your penis, a wish granting genie emerges from your penis and grants you one wish. However the wish will only remain granted, as long as your penis remains excited. When it gets flaccid again, the wish will be reverted, but all indirect effects remain.
