Hello everyone,

There's so much information and so many gurus out there about acquiring small businesses and it's hard to find actual good information that will help me figure this out without spending 20k on a course. I know what I'm interested in and I know I have a lot to learn to get there, but I just need to know where to learn it from. I want to acquire service-based businesses in my state and want to know how/when to setup LLCs, funding, etc. Just looking for a legitimate coach to help with all of this. Thanks everyone.
