Does working out improve your posture? Or am I going mad
Hey everyone, I'm on week 2 of my fitness journey, so I'm still very much a beginner. But I've noticed something weird recently, I feel like I'm standing and walking more upright than before. My shoulders sit back more naturally and I don't feel as slouched when I'm walking around. It's not something I'm consciously trying to do either. Is this from going to the gym or am I just imagining things because I'm excited about the gym 😅😂
Curious if anyone else noticed posture improvements💪🏽🏋🏽♂️
