I recieved a letter in the mail telling me i was provided disability during my youth and some after 18 and they came to a verdict i never needed it and they want the 18k back. i was so shocked and confused i called my mother the only other person who would know to confront her and she pretty much ghosted me told me something along the lines of "meh theyll waive it leave me alone about stuff like this". This lady had me showing up to doctor appointments convincing me it was regular check up when it was SSA appointments the whole time....When i explained it to the SSA guy trying to collect he didnt seem to care told me "she used your identity so youll be the one to pay it" so i started the waiver request forms ...i went military at 19yrs(Now a vet 31yrs) so i should be able to prove not a single dollar went to me and all to her but wtf man...

Even if they waive it can anyone offer me some way to take some legal action against my mother here? she just used my identity racked up debt told me deal with it and has ghosted me ever since and RECENTLY they took my entire tax return over this....i just had a baby...theyre going to garnish my wages next and like....someone help me bring this women in front of a judge for this

Edit: This might sound petty but i want to go scorched earth on this lady, anyone know my options of suing on top of everything else? good lawyers etc?

I consider myself a threat on ranked. my combos are insane and i keep things fair none of that cheesy spam 10dp whis or ui goku gogeta nonsense but for the LIFE of me my defense is trash...

when i get combo depending on the signal my chances of a counter are legit slim to none this up square nonsense...im hearing you have to time it as the aura sparks after you get hit? its a brief spark/flash

the sonic sway....i block combos fine its the sway...maybe this is just me being trash

Counters- this i actually am getting better at, im learning its a bait thing

what are yall go to thought process to get the timing down for all of these?
-ive learned its best to counter when someone is ki spamming for example as it usually means theyre preventing you to charge while they close in for an attack
