HESI Critical Thinking V2

Has anyone taken the HESI A2 Critical Thinking Version 2? If you remember any of the scenario types or themes, can you share them?
I’m building a Version 2 Quizlet because people keep studying V1 and getting blindsided with a totally different version on test day. So far I remember 15 out of 30 questions.
I am not asking for exact questions, just the structure.

Are these study CTS questions V1 or V2?

I took the HESI and scored mid 800 on the critical thinking skills portion. Even though this is a passing score, it wasn’t enough to get into my program of choice. That being said, I remember seeing these questions on the test. One question I remember so well is: A 78-year-old patient’s personal oxygen cylinder runs out while the patient sits in the waiting room. Which action will best rectify the situation? A. Find an available oxygen cylinder. B. Call 911 for paramedics. C. Expedite the patient’s appointment to emergency. D. Put the patient in an examining room and connect to wall oxygen.
The other questions that I remember were: Child pulled from ocean — blue and unconscious, Child choking, Elderly man confused — forehead cut and bleeding, Coworker fell and shaking,
Car wreck victim bleeding, Patient with DNR, Man on stretcher vomiting, Man sweating and losing consciousness — in radiology, Coworker having a seizure
Man showing stroke or heart attack symptoms, 70‑year‑old woman after fall — holding hip, distressed, language barrier, Patient who lit a wastebasket on fire, Man refusing treatment — wants to leave hospital, Woman needing interpreter — husband trying to translate, Hearing‑impaired patient,
High blood pressure patient, Unstable patients scenarios throughout the exam.

Retake HESI A2 Critical Thinking Skills V2

I need to retake the **Critical Thinking Skills** portion of the HESI Entrance Exam. I originally took it in April, but my score landed in the mid‑800s, which wasn’t high enough for admission into my program, even though I have a **4.0 GPA** and scored **96.8%** on the HESI A2.
This year, Critical Thinking was a major deciding factor. The school combined each applicant’s **GPA**, **HESI score**, and **Critical Thinking score** to determine who would be selected. Over **200 people applied**, but only **18 were accepted**, and I missed the cutoff by just **two points**.
Because of that, I need to retake the exam, including the Critical Thinking Skills section, to be more competitive for the next application cycle. Has anyone retaken the V2 critical thinking skills section and what questions do you remember on the exam?
