TCGplayer rant.
I'm in awe at how bad my support experience was with tcgplayer and I just need to shout this into the void.
I ordered a borderless variant of a card last week for my collection. The borderless version was approximately $20 while the base is $4. I received it today only to find that they sent me the base art. I contacted them and they at first insisted they sent the right card, but I explained it to them and they accepted, offering to either fully refund it if I send the card back or partially refund it and keep the card. I do not want this card, but I think it's bullshit I now have to pay to send it back, which means I might as well keep it because the price to send it back is $4. So because they sent me a card I didn't want or order I now HAVE to buy it.
