**Title: Starting a recruitment and HR consultancy — looking to connect with businesses that are hiring*

Hi everyone!

I'm building Aarambh Consultancy Service, a consultancy focused on recruitment and HR support, e-commerce account management, and IT services.

I'm currently focusing on growing our recruitment division and connecting with businesses that need help finding suitable candidates.

We are interested in working with:

  • Startups and small businesses looking to hire.
  • IT companies hiring developers, testers, technical support staff, and other professionals.
  • Manufacturing companies with hiring requirements.
  • Established recruitment agencies looking for candidate-sourcing partners.

We'd love to understand your hiring needs and explore mutually beneficial partnerships.

If you're a business owner, HR professional, or recruitment consultant, feel free to connect with us!

Title: Entrepreneurs: what problem wastes the most time in your business?

I’m doing some early research into problems entrepreneurs actually face, rather than starting with a product idea and trying to find a problem afterward.

I’d love to hear from founders and entrepreneurs:

  • What repetitive work takes too much of your time?
  • What do you still manage manually?
  • What causes unnecessary expenses?
  • What creates the most frustration for you or your customers?
  • What problem have you tried multiple solutions for but still haven't solved properly?
  • What would you automate if you had a simple solution available tomorrow?
  • What becomes harder as your business grows?

No promotion or product pitch here. I'm just trying to understand real problems before deciding what, if anything, to build.

If possible, describe a specific situation rather than just saying something like "marketing is difficult."

Thanks — I'm genuinely interested in hearing the problems people are dealing with.
