Hi! Just wondering if there is anyone here on an admissions committee or staff that could give insight into whether undergrad or masters coursework matters more for PhD.

Say an undergrad in the late 2.0s and then MA in the mid to late 3.0s for someone not applying to tip schools (on the main).

Looking at Canadaian schools mostly, maybe UK, and actually...open to any other suggestions. Sociology.
